Jamie Neumaier is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience, including critical care nursing and over a decade in advanced practice. For the past 10+ years, she has focused on aesthetic medicine, wellness, and individualized treatment planning.

Her clinical background and advanced aesthetic training shape a thoughtful approach that balances medical judgment with natural-looking results. Jamie works closely with each client to understand their goals, evaluate appropriate treatment options, and develop a personalized plan that supports both confidence and long-term care.

Jamie has also contributed to published work related to neurodevelopmental follow-up for pediatric patients with congenital heart disease.

Dr. Barry Jarnagin is a dual board-certified specialist in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and Obstetrics & Gynecology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his training in the U.S. Navy, where he established the Urogynecology Division at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.​

Throughout his career, Dr. Jarnagin has held leadership roles in women’s health, including serving as Director of Women’s Health for the University of Tennessee system and becoming Vanderbilt University’s first urogynecologist and gynecologic minimally invasive surgeon. He also helped launch minimally invasive surgery fellowship training programs and contributed to the development of FPMRS education.​

Dr. Jarnagin’s career has been dedicated to advancing women’s health through clinical excellence, surgical innovation, and medical education.

At Elegant Aesthetics + Wellness, Dr. Jarnagin provides clinical consultation and expertise supporting the practice’s women’s wellness services.

Dr. Jonathan Weaver is a board-certified anesthesiologist and the medical director of Elegant Aesthetics + Wellness. He holds an MD, MBA, and MPH and has additional training in aesthetic medicine.

A Nashville-area resident for more than 12 years, Dr. Weaver brings extensive medical experience, clinical leadership, and a strong commitment to safety and responsible patient care. His oversight supports the practice’s medical standards, treatment protocols, and collaborative approach to aesthetic and wellness services.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys travel, running, soccer, reading, real estate, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary-Martin is a Franklin native who earned her nursing degree from Western Kentucky University in 2018. She began her nursing career in the Trauma ICU before later transitioning to neonatal intensive care.​

​

Her clinical experience led her to aesthetic medicine, where she completed advanced training as both a nurse injector and medical aesthetician. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every consultation and treatment, with a focus on natural, balanced results.​

Known for her gentle touch and ability to evaluate the face and body as a whole, Mary-Martin is committed to creating personalized treatment plans that help clients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for.
